Pediatrics Unlimited provides personalized care in a nurturing environment to enhance a child's well-being - physically, socially and emotionally - and maintain a high quality of life from birth through young adulthood.
Pediatrics Unlimited firmly believes in the effectiveness of vaccines to prevent serious illness and save lives. To that end, we support and adhere to the recommended vaccine schedule published by the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics.
What to Bring to Your First Visit?
We work hard to ensure that your child receives prompt medical care in a comfortable, child-friendly office setting. To help expedite the first appointment, please provide the following information:
- Current insurance card (Please check your insurance information regarding referrals, co-payments, deductibles)
- Complete immunization records
- Medical records from the previous physician
- Requested registration forms
- List of medications your child is currently taking
- Any deductible required at the time of the visit
What to Expect
On the day of your child's first visit to our office, we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows extra time for finishing up any registration forms and ensures you have plenty of time to get acquainted with our staff and office.
